Where do I come from? Who am I? Who do I want to be?
These are questions which bother many students during their time at university.
Shaping one's life concerning own wishes, needs and values is an essential step in a person's life and at the same time a complex process. This process of developing ideas of one's own life with different facets is what we would like to stimulate and make discussable with this workshop.
This workshop could be helpful if you recognize yourself in one of the following statements:
- You sometimes feel torn between different roles, points of view and opinions.
- You often are more conformed than you want to be.
- You wonder what your unique selling point is and what constitutes your identity.
- You would like to feel more confident in representing your own point of view.
In a protected setting, questions about your own identity and your self will be addressed.
The goal of the workshop is to increase your well-being by making different facets of your self explicit.
