Women in leadership positions occupy a special position in the topic of equality in organizations. Due to their responsible and prominent position, they are confronted with gender-specific problems and disadvantages that generate psychological stress to a not inconsiderable extent, which makes it difficult to increase the proportion of women in the long term. Also in their role model function for younger women, it is therefore important to support women in leadership positions with targeted offers to develop psychologically sustainable work and leadership practices and to anchor them in the corporate culture.
We are currently preparing a report on the results of our "Turn the Tide" intervention study.
