Developing gender equality culture

In order to increase the number of women in leadership positions, it is crucial to change the gender equality culture in the company. By positioning yourself for equality and communicating and acting accordingly towards colleagues and employees, you contribute to change.  For this purpose, we have compiled some possible concrete leadership practices, with explanations.
