As a trained industrial clerk and political scientist with a doctorate, she combines her knowledge of systemic organisational development and transactional analysis with scientific findings and corporate practice.

In her current research project, Turn The Tide, she is developing intervention strategies to increase the balance, stability and well-being of women in organisations. In addition to her academic work, she offers workshops, coaching and training on women, leadership and well-being.
