Reflexivity & Intervention

With this research theme, we inquire how change is constructed through reflexive practices and aesthetic interventions

The theme connects the classical forms of change through process interventions with current developments that emphasize the reflexive, aesthetic or affective nature of change processes. This theme is developed in alignment with our participation in the cluster: "Reflexive Practices of Organizing" in the research programme "KIM".
