Counselling, coaching and consulting processes are becoming increasingly important in all areas of life and organization. How consulting, coaching and counselling and their legitimations are discursively constructed are central questions we address through a critical research perspective.
Questions and research methodologies informed by a social constructionist stance as well as the focus on counselling processes offer a highly interesting field of research. In this area of study one can for example find research on coaching or organizational consulting, as well as studies that look at identity constructions of professionals involved in consulting.
In the overall project both applied interventions and counselling processes are being empirically explored and conceptually reflected. Moreover, conceptually inspired approaches towards change processes in interventions are developed and also empirically explored.
