The gender dialogs we have developed give women and men the opportunity to discuss their (different) perceptions of equality:
How do women see their development opportunities in the company? What are the stumbling blocks that make it difficult for them to advance? What do male colleagues and employees experience? Where do they stand up for equality and where do they remain silent?
Our short films make it easier to get started on the topic, for example in a team meeting. They provide the necessary background information and the results of our study on male managers' commitment to equality.
Our accompanying booklet supports you in continuing the dialog started in the films with further questions.
