Our project revealed that women and men have quite diverging views on gender equality within their workplaces. Unfortunately, there is often inadequate communication about this issue. To address this, we have created institutionalized gender dialogues. These dialogues allow women and men to discuss their differing perceptions of gender equality. Some topics that are covered include:
Our short films serve as a usefull tool for starting discussions, such as during team meetings.They provide important background information and share the findings of our study on the commitment of male managers to equality. They are in German with English subtitles.
