Gender-Poker

Learn about our research results on companies and universities in a playful way. Gender-Poker supports you in getting into conversation with colleagues and initiating gender dialogues. In the game instructions you will find important information and tips for playing. 

The playing cards contain the gender-inclusive leadership practices that we have identified as relevant in the scientific literature and have addressed in our surveys on the gender equality commitment of male managers in companies as well as professors and lecturers at Swiss universities. Gender-inclusive leadership practices offer (male) leaders concrete possibilities for action to shape gender equality. These are described in detail and with many examples in our brochure.

Equality Poker is available from us in two versions. One for companies based on our first study on the gender equality commitment of male managers and one for universities. The IDEAS study provided the necessary insights and findings for the game design.
